Page Layout Tab 

In the page layout tab of MS Excel's options, we can set or modify setting related to page.


Themes Group 

Themes 

This option is used to change the theme of the sheet.

Colors 

This option is used to change the color of the theme.

Fonts 

This option is used to change the font of the theme.

Effects 

Effect Option is used to change the theme of the graphic created Smart Art by the option from Insert Tab.


Page Setup Group 


Margins

Margins are the leaving spaces on the side of the page. Through this option, the margins around the page are reduced or increased. You can see it in print preview or page layout view.


Orientation 

With this option, the orientation of the page is changed, there are two types - Portrait and Landscape.

Size 

This option is used to change the page size, such as - A4, A3, Letter etc.

Print Area 

With the help of this option, we select a range from the sheet and set it to print, which will print the same range.

Break 

With the help of this option, you can break the page from the position where the cell is active.


Background 

With this option we can set the picture on the background of the sheet.


Scale to Fit  Group

Scale 

With this option we set the scale of the column and row range of the sheet in the page. By which the sheet range printed in a page is worked or increased.

Sheet Options 


Grid lines

In this group, there are two checkbox for grid lines, by checking and unchecking, we hide or show the grid line in sheet or in print.

Headings 

In this group, there are two checkbox for the headings on which by checking and unchecking we hide or show the headings in the sheet or in print.


Arrange Group


Bring to Front 

With this option, a picture or shape is bring to front of another picture or shape.

Send to Back 

With this option, a selected picture or shape is sent behind another picture or shape.

Selection Pane 

Clicking on this option the pene on the right side of the screen will open, In which a list of the name of the picture, shape, object, etc. comes. By which we can select the picture, shape, object etc. by ticking and hide or show them.

Align 

To change a picture or shape alignment.

Group 

With this option we can create group two or more selected pictures or shapes.

Rotate

This option is used to rotate the picture or shape.

  The same options are available in the MS Excel 2007 office button, which are found in the MS Word and MS PowerPoint 2007 office buttons. New - Ctrl+O :-  This option is used to add a new workbook file. Open - Ctrl+O :-  This option is used to open a workbook file that we saved earlier. Home Tab in MS Excel 2007

The main options are kept in the Home Tab of MS Excel 2007 which are more needed. Clipboard Group Cut (Ctrl+X) This option is used to cut selected content and save it in the clipboard. Copy (Copy+C) This option is used to copy selected content and save it to the clipboard.
