Get External Data Group
From Access
This option is used to import MS Access tables to Excel sheets.
From Web
This option is used to import table from online browser to Excel sheet.
From Text
This option is used to import a text file like Notepad to an Excel sheet.
From Other Sources
Use this option from other sources like XML, SQL etc. Is used to import from Excel sheet.
Existing Connections
By clicking on this option, we can see the name of the file that was added to our sheet.

Refresh All
When a file is imported into a sheet. And if changed in the imported file. The sheet is refreshed to show it in the sheet.
Connections
In this option, we are shown the names of the imported files. By clicking with the mouse on the name shown, we reach that data directly in the sheet.
Properties
With the help of this option, we can check the property from the sheet for the imported file.
Sort & Filter Group
Sort
We can select any column of the table created in the sheet and place it in increasing or decreasing order.
Filter
With the help of this option we can filter and record any record in the table.
Clear
This option is used to normalize the filtered record back.
Advanced
Using this option, we can filter the special data and see it. For example, record of data starting from common character.
Data Tools Group
Text to column
With the help of this option we can divide the text of a column into different columns.
Remove Duplicates
With the help of this option we can remove duplicate entries from the table.
Data Validation
With the help of this option we can set the data validation on the active cell, in which the data can be filled only according to the condition set in the cell.
Consolidate
With the help of this option, we can show the data of two different sheets simultaneously in one sheet.
What if Analysis
Scenario Manager
With the help of this option, after saving more than one record in a range in the sheet, they can be shown interchangeably.
Goal Seek
This option is used for direct adjusting (more or less) the value of SUM.

Data tables are used to analyze the changes seen in your final result when certain variables are changed from your function or formula.

Group
This option is used to group more than one column and row selected.
Ungroup
This option is used to remove multiple columns and rows grouped from the group.
